My Traveler 535 is not acquiring a GPS signal and it is displaying a red GPS smiley face, what should I do about it?

tab, and Beam , make sure that this box is unchecked
If you have done the above but it is not working, try performing a soft reset on
your Traveler 535. The soft reset button is located on the bottom of your device
If you have performed a soft reset on your device but it is not working, try performing
a hard reset on your device. To do this:
Hold the power button and the calendar button (top left hand button) while pressing
the soft reset button. Keep on holding the power/calendar button until it comes
back on.
