I am not able to synchronize my Pharos 585 to my computer, what should I do?
Make sure you have installed ActiveSync version 4.5 (Windows XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 (Windows Vista and Windows 7) on your computer. You may download the software from Microsoft’s website.
Make sure that the USB Cable supplied with your Pharos 585 is connected to a functioning USB Port on the computer.
Try disabling any type of firewalls and/or anti-virus programs that might be interfering.
