My Traveler 117 froze and itís not responding, what should I do?

A. Try performing a soft reset on the phone. This will re-start the whole system and will release any unnecessary resources so that the system can return to normal. To do this, press the small soft reset button which is located on the bottom of the phone. It is located to the left of the headphone jack.

B. If you have tried resetting the phone but itís still not operating normally, then you will need to perform a hard reset on the phone. To do this:

  1. Press and hold the camera button. (1st button from the top)
  2. While holding down the camera button, push the power slider to the right to switch on the phone.
  3. Release the camera button after the Cold screen appears and then click the TALK button to restore back to factory settings.
  4. Tap on ďOkĒ to set the phone back to factory settings.
  5. The Start up screen will appear.
  6. After about one minute the cold boot is completed.
