My Traveler 619 froze and itís not responding, what should I do?

A. Try performing a soft reset on the phone. This will re-start the whole system and will release any unnecessary resources so that the system can return to normal. To do this, press the small soft reset button which is located on the bottom of the phone. It is located to the right of the USB port.

B. If you have tried resetting the phone but itís still not operating normally, then you will need to perform a hard reset on the phone. To do this:

  1. Perform a soft reset on the phone. The soft reset button is located on the bottom of the phone, to the right of the USB port.
  2. Hold down Fn + Soft 2 key for 5 seconds (The splash screen will stay on for 25 seconds from switch on)
  3. The screen will go black for 6 seconds.
  4. The factory reset time may take up to 1 minute
