My Traveler 127 froze and it’s not responding, what should I do?
A. Try performing a soft reset on the phone. This will re-start the whole system and will release any unnecessary resources so that the system can return to normal. To do this, press the small soft reset button which is located on the right hand side of the phone; it is located right below the camera button.
B. If you have tried resetting the phone but it’s still not operating normally, then you will need to perform a hard reset on the phone. To do this:
Power the handset on. You will have to move the switch to the right.
Immediately press and hold the camera button (first button from the bottom).
The cold boot screen will appear. You will have to click the TALK button to restore factory settings.
The start up screen will appear.
The factory reset will be completed after about 1 minute.
