The screen of Traveler 535 froze and the system does not respond. What should I do about it?
Perform a soft reset your Traveler 535. This means to re-start the whole system
to release unnecessary resources so that the system can return to normal. To do
this, use your stylus to press the small reset button located on the bottom left
hand side of your device.
If you have tried a soft reset but the Traveler 535 still cannot operate normally
then you will need to carry our a hard reset. This will erase all of the data on
your device and will restore the system to factory settings. How to perform a cold
boot: Hold the power button and the calendar button (top left hand button) while
pressing the soft reset button. Keep on holding the power/calendar button until
it comes back on.
