I have forgotten the password that I set for my Traveler 117 and I can no longer use my device. What can I do?
You will need to perform a hard reset on the Traveler 117. To do this: Power the phone on and immediately press and hold the camera button until Cold Boot screen appears. Click TALK button to restore factory setting.
