The Traveler 117 will not power on. What should I do?
Make sure that the Traveler 117 battery you are using has enough power. Please make sure that the device has been charged for 8 hours.
Connect the Traveler 117 into the AC charger or Car charger, and make sure the red charging indicator lights up. Slide the Power button on the top of the phone to the right to turn the phone on.
If you have done the above but the Traveler 117 still doesn’t power on, proceed with the following steps: Remove the back cover on the Traveler 117 and verify that the battery lock is in place. If not, the system will not power on.
Remove the battery and replace it back into the phone.
Verify that the battery connectors and pins are firmly connected.
If you are still having problems perform a “soft reset” on the device. To do this: use your stylus to press the small reset button located on the bottom of the Traveler 117.
