I am using Microsoft Windows Vista, and ActiveSync will not recognize my Traveler 117. How do I resolve this?

  • In order to synchronize the Traveler 117 you will need an upgraded version of Microsoft ActiveSync called Windows Mobile Device Center. Please visit this link or visit and search for Windows Mobile Device Center. Install this program with the Traveler 117 disconnected and follow the onscreen instructions. Once the program has completely installed on your computer, the Traveler 117 will now be ready to synchronize.
  • You can also obtain Windows Mobile Device Center from the Getting Started CD that came with your device.
