I am using Microsoft Windows Vista, and ActiveSync will not recognize Traveler 535. How do I fix this?
In order to synchronize your Traveler 535 you will need an upgraded version of Microsoft
Activesync called Windows Mobile Device Center. Please uninstall Microsoft ActiveSync
from your computer and visit this link http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/devicecenter.mspx
or visit www.microsoft.com
and search for Windows Mobile Device Center. Install this program with your Traveler 535 disconnected and follow the on screen instructions. Once the program has completely
installed your Traveler 535 will now be ready to synchronize.
