Registration Instructions For New Customers

Please take note of the above registration number and UPC code as you will you need it for the next step. Click Here and you will be brought to the registration form. Fill out the entire form and when asked for a registration number and UPC code use the ones from above.

Once you finish the registration process it will say “Attention: The item 'Smart Navigator 1 month (SKU#=SN001)' is registered successfully.” This is the last step that you will need to do to register the 1-Month Trial. Once you have completed the registration please proceed to the bottom of this page “How To Use Smart Navigator”

Once you are signed into to your account click on Option #5 “Product/Service Registration” Now when you are asked for a registration number and UPC code use the numbers from above. Once you have completed the registration please proceed to the bottom of this page “How To Use Smart Navigator”

How To Use Smart Navigator

There are a few things that you will need in order to use Smart Navigator.

1. Ostia
2. Internet Access
3. Registered For The Smart Navigator Service

Without the above 3 items you will not be able to use this service. Once you have confirmed that you meet the above requirements please follow the below instructions. (Please Note: These instructions are for Ostia 7.6 and Ostia 7.61 if you have any other version of Ostia the instructions will be a little different but the same idea applies)

1. Establish an internet connection on your PDA
2. Open Ostia Navigator on your PDA
3. Click Go Power User Smart Navigator Login
4. Type in the email address that you registered on our website with and press the Blue Right Arrow to proceed to the next screen
5. Type in the password that you registered with on our website (case sensitive) and press the Blue Right Arrow to Login to the server
6. After completing Step 5 you will not get any message, it will just bring you back to the map
7. Click Go Power User Smart Navigator and choose from “Real-time Traffic,” “POI finder” “Maps on Demand,” “Follow Me,” or “Smart Help”
8. Now you have access to these services and can use them anytime (provided that you have the above 3 requirements)
