I upgraded my my Pharos GPS600 Phone with mobile 6 and then I reinstalled Ostia Version 7.8. Now when I launch GPS it ask for a Ostia Registration Key which I don't have, my 600 came pre loaded with the software right out of the box. I've checked my downloads - maps & software and there is no download instruction or notes on keys.

After a reset of my Traveler 525, Ostia now asks for the registration key. I can't find my book, but have my disk and sd card. I have the product key that goes to the cd, but it does not work in place of the product key on the device. What can I do?

I have this same problem, I can't find the Ostia registration key in my manuals or on my CD's. Thanks for your help.

I registered, downloaded, and installed Ostia Version 7.8 to my Dell Axim. But my Ostia Registration Key that came in the box is not working.

Did you register the Ostia software online? If so, please send us an email to support@pharosgps.com with the email address that was used to register and we will provide the registration number to you.

Sorry if I post in wrong topic.

I has just install Smart Navigator and it required to input registration number before using, but I can't find my registration key.

Please help,

What is the version of Ostia that you are using on the Pharos GPS 525? Please provide us with the P/N which appears on the back of the SD Card. You can contact us directly via email, support@pharosgps.com.
