Hi,I have a pharos Ez road 120, for long time i was not using this Gps, now my son start to work on delivering piza, and I'm trying to get the maps and ostia updates, I whent on the pharos web page and there are saying its Unavailable, can you tell me what I need to do to get them again my Upc code is ********* and registration# **********

Paulo,
We updated your Pharos online account and you should be able to download the latest version of maps, 6.10. We are going to send you a separate email which will provide you with the cab file for the Ostia 7.80 for your EZ Road.

We have updated your Pharos online account and you will now have access to the latest version of the software/maps. We are going to send you an email which will contain the cab file as well as the instructions which will help you install it.

I guess I'll be number three to request the update. I would like to request the updates and also be able to to register my EZ road PEZ120.
My UPC # is 8 ********** 2 my serial # is R*********4.

I don't see a UPC code or Registration # on my unit. It does have S/N RK1E5800002.

Please provide us with your registered email address by sending an email to suppot@pharosgps.com. We will provide you with the correct cab file for the EZ Road device and the instructions that will help you download maps from the Pharos website.
