Well so far I haven't had a single reply to any of the messages I posted here seeking help, but I'll give it one last try.
Over the weekend my contact list magically disappeared from my 600e.
I received a few text messages and somewhere in that time the contact list was automatically deleted. I can see a couple of text messages with the contact name and then following that I just see the number it was sent from. I am guessing there is a bug with the number of messages in the inbox or something of that nature.
So far this phone has been nothing but grief. Complete waste of money.
I don't use Outlook so syncing doesn't happen on my PC, which means there was no backup of my contacts.
Another reason to stay away from anything Microsoft has touched. Their idea of robust is if it works for 5 minutes its good enough. |
