I just purchased a PTL600e phone and have no idea how to use the GPS on it. I think I need to load some software on the phone to use it. where do I get it and then how do I use it(all that came in the box was the manual on cd which does not help)?
If you have purchased it brand new, then you are missing the enclosed micro sdcard that contains all the info you need plus the code to loaded into your pharos. I hope you did not tossed away by mistake. you can purchase it again with Pharos.
I never received and microSD card with my 600e. I was under the impression that the difference between the 600 and 600e was the GPS software shipped with it.
