I just bought a Pharos 565 and I upload the Fugawi GPS Navigation mapping software but every time I open this program my Pharos freeze, and I can no do anything. Can you help me to figure out how to work this issue. I need the software for work purposes.

Dear Santa,

What is the version of Fugawi GPS SW that you installed on the Pharos 565e? Do you receive an error message after the application freezes?
