I went to Canada last week and my GPS didn't recognize the main street of Sherbrooke or any other street. Is there a way to upgrade the chip I have? My chip says P/N 110-3014-01, US/Canada maps. It was useless in Canada.

The sticker on the back of the GPS says:
Win CE .NET 4.2 Core
00039-190-573-543
X11-15297

Also, how do I register my GPS on the site?

Saul,

What is the version of Ostia that you are using on the Pharos Drive 135? To find this information: tap on Go(GoTo) -- Power User (Power Menu) -- Maps -- About.

Would you be able to provide us with the complete address that you were unable to find? You can send the information to support@pharosgps.com.

First, you will need to set up an online account with Pharos by going to, https://www.pharosgps.com/customers/customerregistration.asp?Mode=newregistration&refurl=/Default.asp?. Then you will need to register your device by entering the UPC code and serial number off the back of the device. If you not have the UPC code, then please send us an email with your serial number and we will release the appropriate code to you.

Thank you,
Tech Support
