Hello, My Pharos 619 doesn't load Windows Mobile. Screen freezes on inscription "Pharos". Soft reset and hard reset didn't solve the problem. What should I do in this case? Thanks.

Unfortunately I don’t have opportunity to send my out of order cell-phone to the US. Now I want to repair it by myself. Could you let me know how to switch my pharos to the flash mode and where I can download firmwere for such model. With best regards, Lsan.
