On the first day I received Streets and Trips, the X12-42936 flexed and broke the USB connector. On inspection, I believe I can fix it if I knew where the 4 USB contacts connected to the internal components. Is it possible to find out where they connect? The unit flexed with an unbelievably small amount of finger pressure on it, and I think the issue is the two prongs soldered to the back of the board were insufficient to hold any pressure at all. Thanks for your help. Doug

I have the exact same situation. I don't know how it happened
but as you point out, the connection is anything but robust.
