i have the 2009 streets & trip...pavilion dv7 HP and when im usen this software program while i travel it alwayz crash me with the blue screen...i had a dell studio i thought it was a bad pc so i took it bac twice till i got the one i have now pavilion dv7 and it still crashes....when i had the xp windows i didnt have this problem this pavilion dv7 is an 64 bit what can i do about this? i drive truck and it just crashes me severl time while in the middle of travel,,it only crashes when im usen this software with the pharos gps-500
We released a driver that will take care of the "blue screen" problem that you are experiencing. We are going to email you the driver along with the instructions that will help you install it.
