I've followed all the steps to use the Pharos 360 on my Windows XP laptop. The computer recognizes the device - Device Manager sees it as Microsoft USB GPS Port, using COM3.

However, I understand there is supposed to be a blue light that turns on inside the clear square GPS when the GPS is on. That light has never come on. In addition, neither of the two applications I want to use it with are seeing it.

I've followed the driver installation steps and double-checked (and probably triple-checked) to no avail. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
