Without instructions from S&T or from Pharos, I am stumbling along. I have installed both programs and have asked the Pharos Trips & Pics to use MS S&T. It appears that files have been created in Excel format but when I ask MS S&T to import the data, no files are shown in the designated folder(s) even though I know they are there.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello,

What is the version of MSS that you are using on the computer? What is the version of Trips and Pics that you are using? Are you able to view the log file data outside of the MSS program? I would suggest for you to try importing the log data using Google Earth to verify if you are able to view the log information.
