Posted - 06/02/2010 : 06:16:33 I have a Pharos gps 500 SiRF III that I purchased with Microsoft Streets & Trips 2008. I also have a Pharos BT dock. My laptop and PDA recognize my GPS receiver using the dock and/or the usb cable, but I cannot get a satallite signal. It tells me that a signal is unavailable on my laptop and my PDA show the fix as invalid, latitude, longitude is na. This is even giving the device 30 minutes to find a signal.
All the blue leds are lit correctly. How should I troubleshoot? |
