Posted - 07/28/2010 : 08:54:54 Hello, My Pharos 619 doesn't load Windows Mobile. Screen freezes on inscription "Pharos". Soft reset and hard reset didn't solve the problem. What should I do in this case? Thanks.

Posted - 09/29/2011 : 09:24:48 Unfortunately I don’t have opportunity to send my out of order cell-phone to the US. Now I want to repair it by myself. Could you let me know how to switch my pharos to the flash mode and where I can download firmwere for such model. With best regards, Lsan.

Please try to keep the discussion in one thread to avoid confusion. If are you are still experiencing the problem with the device freezing on the Pharos logo screen, then the next step would be to have you ship your device into our location for inspection.
