I found a driver for win 7 64-bit thta works.
The following works: Profilic PL2303 Windows 7 64 bit driver 3.0.1.0
I was able to download my data from the Pics and Trips device.

Hello Jimmy,
You can download the driver by going to, http://www.pharosgps.com/support/downloads/list_subcategory.asp?TYPE_ID=2&SUBTYPE_ID=35. Scroll down until you see USB Driver for iGPS-360 and iGPS-500 for 32/64 Bit Windows 7.
