Posted - 06/05/2009 : 11:23:18 I think I can help you. I have the same model. When you get to the "configure network adapters" screen, look at the bottom and you will see two tabs. One says "network adapters" and one says "wireless." If you click on the one that says "wireless," you will see the screen that support is referring to. It should say, "configure wireless networks" and you can click on the one you have or create a new one. Hope this helped. Good luck! |

Posted - 03/10/2009 : 09:32:40 Hello,
First, make sure that you have enabled Wi-Fi. Now, tap on Start -- Settings -- Connections -- Network Cards. Tap on your Network Name and you will be taken to the Configure Wireless Settings, look on the bottom of the screen and tap on Network Key. Uncheck the Key is Automatically provided and enter your network key in the field provided. Tap on OK on the upper right hand corner once you enter the network key.
Thank you, Tech Support
