The program has been trying to install for over 30 minutes. Is this normal? Windows Task Manager says the program is ruuning, but the bar showing installation progress has not even started to color itself in.

Doesn't seem right to me. Mine installed in less than 5 minutes but I guess it would depend on the computer itself.
