My Traveler GPG 535 suddenly locked up while I was using it. It won't unlock. I've done a soft reset, hard reset and left the battery out for several hours. I still can't get it to unlock and it turns itself back off in less than a minute. Can anyone tell me what else I can do or what is going on with my machine? |

Dear bev2ab,
Please confirm if you were prompt to align the screen after the hard reset was performed. This will confirm if the hard reset was performed successfully. Please reference the Hard Reset instructions below..
Hold the calendar button (top left hand button), power button, and press the soft reset button on the bottom of your device. Release the soft reset button, continue holding the calendar/power buttons until your screen comes back on.
