Streets & Trips does not recognise the gps-500. When I plug-in the gps-500 I get a friendly beep like the computer recognises the gps-500 and I do NOT get a new hardware screen. I am running XP 32 bit. It looks like the computer recognises the gps-500 as something else. Is there a way I can check to see what the computer thinks is being plugged-in. I did download the 32 bit XP/Vista/ETAL driver but I don't know what it is named so I can't tell if it is loaded or not. Please tell me how to tell the computer to load that driver when the gps-500 is plugged-in.
I'm stuck,
Rick
