I have an iGPS-bt on a ipaq hx4700 windows mobile 2003 second edition, version 4.21.1088. I downloaded the Ostia version 7.80 and I replaced the older maps from the sd card in order to downloaded the latest version 6.1 of the map of Central Florida. But now the application states "<no map file found>" when started. Could you assist with this issue?

Thanks

Hello,

Did you unzip the map files before you transfered them to your memory card? Below please find the map download instructions...

1. To download a map click on the map that you want and select save.
Save the file to your desktop. (do not select open).

2. Double click on the file that you just saved. It will prompt you to unzip the file. Select unzip and then it will default to C: -> PharosMaps_USA.
Then open my computer -> C: Drive (Local Disk) -> PharosMaps_USA -> locate the 6 files that were just unzipped (.rmf .inx .cash .fuel .hotel .food).

3. Right click on all 6 of the files and select copy. Connect your PPC to your desktop computer via the USB cable or the sync cable and Open My Computer -> Mobile device -> My Pocket PC -> Storage Card (SD Card) -> My Documents (If you don't have a My Documents folder then create one and it is case sensitive) -> Right click in a blank space and press paste.

Thank you,
Tech Support
