I just bought a Pharos 565 and I upload the Fugawi GPS Navigation mapping software but every time I open this program my Pharos freeze, and I can no do anything. Can you help me to figure out how to work this issue. I need the software for work purposes. |

Dear Santa,
What is the version of Fugawi GPS SW that you installed on the Pharos 565e? Do you receive an error message after the application freezes?
