how long does it take to recharge my battery? Must I use the ac adapter, or can I plug in the dongle to my compute and it will charge also?

Hello,
The charging time is usually 6-7 hours. I would suggest for you to use the AC Charger or Car Charger, as the USB dongle will not transmit a charge.
