Retail Account Manager
Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in the hi-technology or consumer electronics arena. Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills; knowledge and experience in dealing with consumer electronics retail stores, reps and distributors. Hi-tech product knowledge and technical background is desirable. We are looking for a self-motivated individual, with strong negotiating skills, excellent written, oral and presentation skills, and a very strong work ethic. BA/BS is required, MBA is a plus.
The Retail Account Manager position is charged with increasing monthly sales revenue and increasing market share within the GPS category. This requires an experienced account executive that can negotiate maximum merchandising opportunities, increase shelf space footage, effectively launch new products/technologies and strengthen executive relationships. This position is based in our corporate office in Torrance, CA., but will require an extensive amount of travel.
